Orders placed on our website are sent from our Indonesian office.

Shipping

All orders will be shipped 3-7 business days after purchase. You will receive confirmation via email including a tracking number. We charge 30$ for International Shipping. Sale periods packaging and dispatch 7-12 business days.

Customs

BAHHGOOSE is not responsible for any applicable duty fees which may arise upon accepting your parcel. During any international customs process, duty fees may be charged upon receipt. 

Returns

BAHHGOOSE does not offer refunds on items unless the item is faulty. BAHHGOOSE accepts exchanges for items in new/unworn condition within 10 days of receipt. Please email us bahhgoose@gmail.com with your order information and reason of exchange. We will provide you with our return address. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return items. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the exchange, please use tracked delivery.

Items purchased from our SALE or with a promotional code are FINAL SALE and non-returnable/eligible for exchange.
